Today’s workout is called “Burn, baby, burn,” and aptly so. My abs and arms are quite sore right now…hope I can function alright tomorrow.
When I weighed myself this morning, I was down a lot, but I can’t imagine why. It was very odd to see the scale so low, but I haven’t made any major changes in my eating or workout, other than those few days I took off. Maybe the cardio from yesterday burned off a bunch of water weight?
Anyway, I’ve got just under two weeks left of the dietbet, and my morning weight is at goal. I did my first official weigh in (at the start of the diet bet) in the afternoon, and my afternoon weight is about 1.5-2 pounds over my final goal, so I’ve got a bit left to go. I’ve been losing the weight really quickly, and I’m not sure that’s so good. Perhaps my assessment of how many calories I’m burning during workouts is too low, or my intake is too low. But I’ve lost more than the math indicates I ought to have.
